To create a strong ward against unwanted energies.
What you need
- Black candle
- Pentacle
- Salt
- Dragon's blood incense
- Obsidian
- Selenite wand
Steps
- Light the black candle and the dragon's blood incense.
- Lay out your pentacle and sprinkle a circle of salt around it.
- Holding the obsidian in your left hand, pass it over the flame of the candle, then over the incense smoke, then dip it in the salt, and finally touch it to the pentacle.
- Hold the selenite wand in your right hand and trace the air above your pentacle while chanting, 'By this ward, I banish thee, away from me and mine you'll be.'
- Repeat this chant nine times, building in intensity with each repetition.
- Finally, snuff out the candle and incense. Your ward is now set.
Notes
This spell is most effective when cast on a Saturday during the waning moon.
Burn candles in a stable holder and never leave a flame unattended.
