Steps

- Anoint the yellow candle with the rosemary oil. Yellow represents intellect and rosemary enhances focus and memory.
- Light the candle and place the tiger eye crystal next to it. The crystal is known for boosting motivation and reducing anxiety.
- Focus on the flame of the candle and visualize yourself staying away from the time wasting activities you've listed.
- Say the following incantation three times: 'Bubble of time, now burst, in productivity, I am immersed.'
- Carefully burn the paper in the flame of the candle over a fire-safe dish, imagining the time wasting activities being consumed by the flame.
- Let the candle burn out naturally while you stay with it, or extinguish it if necessary.
