- Black ink pen
- Parchment paper
- Sage
- Amethyst
- Salt
Steps
- Draw a pentacle on the parchment paper using the black ink pen.
- Light the sage and pass the parchment paper through the smoke to cleanse it.
- Sprinkle salt in a circle around the parchment, saying, 'With salt, I seal this circle for protection'.
- Place the amethyst in the center of the pentacle and say, 'With amethyst, I imbue this talisman with protective energy'.
- Fold the parchment into a small square and carry it with you for protection.
Notes
Recharge the talisman under the full moon.
