- Broom
- Salt
- Lavender
- White candle
- Chalice of water
Steps
- Cleanse your space physically first. Tidy up, dust, and vacuum as needed.
- Sprinkle salt in the corners of each room, starting from the east and moving clockwise.
- Light the white candle and place the lavender next to it.
- Fill the chalice with water and set it in the center of your home.
- Take the broom and sweep the rooms in a clockwise direction, visualizing the negative energies being swept away.
- When all rooms have been swept, return to the center of your home.
- Extinguish the candle and dispose of the lavender.
- Pour the water from the chalice outside, imagining the negative energies being washed away.
- Return the broom to its place, grateful for its help in cleansing your home.
