- Quill
- Parchment
- Silver string

Steps
- Begin the spell during a windy day for best results.
- Light the white candle and place it in front of you.
- Write down your message on the parchment using the quill.
- Roll the parchment and tie it with the silver string.
- Hold the rolled parchment towards the wind and chant your message as you visualize it being carried by the wind.
- Hang the wind chime in a place where it can catch the wind.
- Leave the parchment tied in silver string under the wind chime until the message is received.
