- Black marker
- Rosemary oil
- Piece of cloth
Steps
- Cleanse your space and sit in front of the mirror.
- With the black marker, draw symbols or words on the mirror that represent your self-doubts or limitations.
- Anoint the mirror with rosemary oil, tracing over your symbols or words.
- Close your eyes and visualize your limitations breaking and falling away.
- Chant: 'Mirror, mirror, now be free, shatter these doubts, I decree.'
- Wipe the mirror clean with the cloth, imagining your doubts being wiped away.
- Repeat this as needed, each time focusing on a different limitation or doubt.
