Steps
- Cleanse your clear quartz crystal in the bowl of water.
- Light your candle and hold your clear quartz in the candlelight.
- Gaze deeply into the quartz, visualizing your intent for clear sight and insight.
- Close your eyes and hold the quartz up to your third eye, repeating 'Clarity now come to me, as I will, so mote it be.'
- When done, sit quietly and meditate with the quartz at your third eye for a few minutes.
- Repeat this ritual every day for a moon cycle (28 days).
- At the end of the moon cycle, cleanse your quartz and give thanks.
- Notice any new clarity in how you see your path.
